How do I find a specific product on your Website?

To locate a specific type of card e.g. birthday, enter a word or partial word in the search box on the left-hand side of the page. The text you enter IS NOT case sensitive, so don't worry about mixing upper and lower case letters. Alternatively, you can browse through the product categories using the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.

How long will it take for my product(s) to be delivered?

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours Mon-Fri, so if you place an order on Tuesday afternoon, we aim to have it despatched by Wednesday afternoon. You will still need to allow time for the postal service to deliver your parcel, which will take a couple of days.

Could you please send me a copy of your printed catalogue?

We are an Internet-only retailer and do not offer a printed catalogue. We are constantly adding new product ranges, which would rapidly make any printed material out of date.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay with my credit/debit card?

You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit or debit card (although it does save time!). If you select Paypal as the payment method and go through the checkout process, once you are connected to the Paypal site to make the payment there is an option to pay without registering.

Can I get a discount if I order a larger quantity of cards...?

Yes, a discount can be negotiated for a larger quantity of cards.

If the design I required is not available, can you do one for me.

Of course, I will send you a draft copy for your approval.

Can you do designs other than cats?

Yes, although cats are my main design, I do recognise that not everyone shares my love for the cat.

Are your pictures of any particular cats?

Yes, they are my family pets.

Do you accept anyone else designs?

At present I have all the designs I require. However, this does not mean I may require new designs in the future.

How often do you change your designs?

Some of the categories are seasonal and they will change annually. The more General cards will be updated on a 6 monthly basis.

Can I have a card personalised?

Yes, Cards that can be personalised are marked.
